I had a good experience with customer service when I needed to ask a question. Unfortunately, the person in front of me in the line didn't have such a good experience. The store had made an error in signage, and didn't listen to the customer. I've seen them do a price override on the word of the customer, especially when the store made an error. Sadly, the store representative didn't make the choice to make that customer happy today. The cashier didn't have a choice, she only did what she was told.

Small store with a lot of things I can't find anywhere else. Great weekly deals. EVERYONE is so very helpful and nice. Store is a keeper.

They have good sales every week. Their shelves are well stocked. Their meat is really good there, especially when they have sales. Their fresh fruit and vegetables are always really good too.

That part of town has needed a grocery store and none better than Berkots good products lots of brand names like going there more than Meijer and Kroger.....keep it going Berkots your the best

I don't buy stuff here unless I have to. Went today and got activa drink got home to drink one and it's sour but doesn't expire for another week so clearly was kept to warm disgusting! Update- so returned and they legit asked why I didn't try the 5 others I got, like 1 spoiled one wasn't enough they wanted me to try them all like i was willing to get sick. Refunded my card but marked it as customer didn't want. BEWARE!!

I try to buy my meat from here it is good quality and if you keep your eye out they have decent sales

The produce is generally poor quality, but the meat is generally good quality, but recently I’ve been noticing alot of the meat has to be cooked or frozen the day of or the day after purchase and is still full price. It’s incredibly inconvenient to go shopping every other day or to have to freeze meat just to thaw it out a couple days later.
